The Introduction to Mindfulness Course
Please note, this course consists of two 30-minute sessions split over two days. Please see the Course Instructor section for relevant date pairings.
In this time of uncertainty and fear, how to deal with the changes that are happening to our everyday lives is vitally important to our mental wellbeing. Mindfulness allows us to do just that.
These two 30-minute mindfulness sessions are specifically tailored to provide you with mindfulness techniques that will help you to deal with anxiety, worry and any overwhelming emotions, whilst also helping to reduce feelings of isolation.
How to Book a Course
To book this course, look through the calendar for dates marked green. When you select a green date the times of the course will be displayed. Select the time and then click ‘Book Now’ to place the course in your basket.
If you are new to Open Book you will be asked to register an account as a student. This will enable you to keep a track of your completed courses and download your certificates. After registration, you will be able to pay for your courses.
